Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of noorblessings.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Vittorio Marini, trading as Nur Blessing, registered as an autónomo in Spain, fiscal number ESY6911235W, registered address Carrer de València 702, 08018 Barcelona, Spain ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Nur Blessing sells Ayatul Kursi-inspired jewelry and personalised gifting items, shipped from Spain to customers in the United Kingdom. Contact us at vittoriomarini14@gmail.com for any question about an order.
2. Orders & Personalisation
Each order includes a dedication card, personalised according to the recipient option you select at checkout (e.g. Boyfriend/Husband, Girlfriend/Wife). By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate. We are not responsible for errors in personalisation details entered incorrectly by the customer, though we will always try to help resolve a genuine mistake.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices on the Site are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price charged is the one displayed at the time you complete your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will always help track and resolve delayed orders. 5. Returns & Refunds
Because every item is personalised with your chosen dedication, personalised products are excluded from the standard right of cancellation under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a free return, replacement, or refund. Full details are available on our Returns page.
6. Your Statutory Rights (UK Consumers)
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the Nur Blessing brand name and design — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
